  1. Refund Policy:

    • Any device purchased from Canadian Cellular Communication Inc. is eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a refund, the device must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • Accessories and peripherals are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

  2. Warranty:

    • All devices purchased from Canadian Cellular Communication Inc. are covered by a 90-day warranty.

    • The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise during normal use.

    • To claim warranty service, proof of purchase is required.

    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  3. Repairs Warranty:

    • All repairs performed by Canadian Cellular Communication Inc. are backed by a 90-day warranty for the specific part(s) replaced or repaired.

    • The warranty covers the functionality and performance of the replaced or repaired part(s) only.

    • Proof of purchase for the repair service is required to claim warranty service.

    • The warranty does not cover damages unrelated to the repaired part(s) or caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty and Refund Policy

By proceeding with the repair services provided by Canadian Cellular Communications Inc., I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I authorize Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. technician(s) to perform repair work on my electronic device. I acknowledge and agree that Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. shall be released from any liability for any claims or damages of any kind, including loss of features or functionality (such as loss of face ID or fingerprint scanner), that may arise from any repair work performed on my electronic device, unless it is caused by severe negligence on the part of the technician(s).

  2. I understand and accept full responsibility for backing up any data on my device before allowing any repair work to be performed. I acknowledge that Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. WILL NOT be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

  3. I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my device at Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. upon repair completion. If my device remains unclaimed at the store for one hundred twenty (120) days or more, I agree that Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. may dispose of or sell my device at their discretion. I acknowledge that any personal data or information stored on the device at the time of disposal or sale cannot be recovered, and Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. shall not be held responsible for any loss or misuse of such data.

  4. I agree to promptly update my contact information, such as my phone number and address, with Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. if there are any changes during the repair process. I understand that failure to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information may result in difficulties in reaching me regarding the repair status or device pickup.

  5. I acknowledge that additional issues unrelated to the initial repair may be discovered during the repair process. In such cases, Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. will contact me to discuss the necessary repairs and associated costs before proceeding. I understand that I have the right to accept or decline the additional repairs.

  6. I understand that the warranty provided by Canadian Cellular Communications Inc. applies only to the specific part(s) repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any pre-existing conditions or subsequent issues that may arise with the device.
